    摘要:

    丰(枯)水期末库容(丰(枯)末库容)是确保多年调节水库发挥蓄丰补枯作用的关键要素。为了预设合理的丰(枯)末库容,基于龙羊峡水库历史运行资料,考虑来水量、丰(枯)初库容等影响,采用多元线性回归方法建立调度函数,推求丰(枯)水期的水库增(补)水量,确定龙羊峡水库的丰(枯)末库容。研究表明:(1)龙羊峡水库丰水期增水量距平值与来水量距平值呈显著的正相关关系,R2为0.4162,;枯水期水库补水量距平值与枯初库容距平值呈显著的正相关关系,R2为0.1574;(2)采用调度函数推求龙羊峡水库增补水量具有合理性与可行性;(3)水库期末水位确定规则有助于决策人员制定和优化调度方案。因此,该规则可为龙羊峡水库的调度规则建立提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The wet (dry) period-end capacity is a significant variable to ensure that multi-year regulating storage reservoir to perform the function of storing flood to replenish dry. In order to set a reasonable wet (dry) period-end capacity, this study analyzed the storing flood to replenish dry rules, a dispatching function was constructed based on historical reservoir operation information, and the function was established by multiple linear regression method which considers inflow and the wet (dry) period-start capacity. The dispatching function can be used to determine the wet (dry) period-end capacity by calculating the reservoir water storage replenishment in dry and wet periods. The study shows that (1) the Longyangxia reservoir water storage replenishment anomaly is associated with inflow and the wet (dry) period-start capacity; (2) the dispatching function is used to calculate reservoir water storage replenishment, the result is reasonable and feasible;(3) the wet (dry) period-end capacity rules of Longyangxia reservoir are helpful for the decision maker to formulate and optimize operation plans. Besides, with the reservoir’s future storage replenishment characteristics maintained, the rules can be used to guide the long-term reservoir operation. Thus, the rules are very useful for building operation plans for the multi-year regulating storage reservoir.
