Based on the hydrologic design results of “Huaihe basin and Shandong Peninsula water resources evaluation” and“Huaihe basin comprehensive planning (2012-2030)”, this paper extended the data series to 2010, and reviewed the hydrologicaldesign results. The results show that the annual runoff of the Huaihe River basin, the design flood of the Huaihe mainstream andthe planning results are basically the same, and the design flood of the Yishusi River water system is smaller. The main reason isthat Yishusi River system has been in relatively low water year since 1975, and the design value may possibly be smaller.
