For discussing the distinctions of rainfall of different cities under the conditions of heavy, moderate and light rains, the spatialinterpolation of different cities were simulated based on the rainfall data of three counties in Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. Four interpolationmethods including Inverse DistanceWeighting (IDW), Spline with Tension (ST), Local Polynomial Interpolation (LPI) and ANUDEM were used toanalyze the mean error (ME) and medium error (RMSE).
