Hydrological infrastructure construction is always important part of hydrological work. The planning objectives, main tasks, construction and investment of " Planning of Hydrological Infrastructure Construction （2013-2020）， China" were introduced in this paper, with execution of the hydrological construction plan and arrangement of investment being elaborated. Additionally, probe into those points need to be considered in the period of execution of the plan which is taken aim at updated situation and characters of execution of hydrological projects in the new age is included accordingly.
