SCE-UA method was used to calibrate the parameters of Xinanjiang Model and TOPMODEL by using the data from the Xiushui River Basin in Jiangxi Province. The results show that the parameters gained with SCE-UA method accord with the physical meaning well, and the precision of TOPMODEL is higher than Xinanjiang Model.
