After Feilai Gorge Water Control Project was constructed,there was an influence of backwater on the stage-discharge re- lation at the Gaodao Hydrometric Station.Under this condition,measurement and processing of medium-and low-flow became complicated.However,this problem can be solved with the upper-stage method and good results have been achieved in practice, which will provide reference for the hydrometric stations in same condition.
