The paper presented the basic situation and the characteristics of Ebinur Lake Bbasin in Xinjiang. According to hydrology statistical data from various hydrologic stations in the Ebinur Lake Basin and the results of actual hydrologic investigation in recent years, it analyzed the temperature, evaporation, precipitation, glaciers, annual runoff and seasonal runoff, silt, ice sentiment, water quality, so as to study changes of hydrological characteristics in the Ebinur Lake Basin in Xinjiang. The research conclusion have an important value for protecting the ecological environment and allocating water resources in Ebinur Lake Basin.
