Evaluation of sustainable utilization of regional water resources is one of the key problems in sustainable development stratagem, and it is the precondition to choose an appropriate method. For the existing evaluation methods, the most important is how to ascertain the weight of every index. In the case of inconsistent judgment matrix, analytic hierarchy process method does not correct the matrix, and also does not judge the degree of the sustainable utilization of regional water resources. This paper discussed the method of correcting inconsistent judgment matrix and constructed comprehensive indexes of evaluating sustainable utilization of water resources, so as to evaluate the sustainable utilization of water resources in Yunnan Province.
