In order to make the water quality of the Weihe River on the supervisory reach meet the standards of the government, an one-dimension model of water pollution synergetic control has been established and sewage discharge quantity in each pollution source are calculated based on the guiding ideology of cooperative pollution control and sufficiently considering competitive consciousness of every pollution source about the resource of water environmental nature capacity, which is more rational for the enterprises of sewage discharge and has important realistic meaning.
