Based on CHEN Shou-yu's fuzzy pattern recognition theory, the evaluation model for coordinate level of regional water resources and society and economy, and its application are discussed. The evaluation method of coordinate level of regional water resources and society and economy for multi-layer and multi-grade and multi-objective system is solved by means of grade-characteristic-value, and membership functions are presented. The model is used for water resources evaluating in Cangzhou and yields satisfactory results.
