In this paper,a brief introduction is given to the design and study for software development of hydrologic frequency computation, especially to the method of curve-fitting by means of moving mouse, and the aspect of further development of the software also be proposed. This software is not only of multi-function but also of practicality. The practice proved that the software has a good generality.
