The paper describes the characteristics and features of water cycle impacted by climate change and anthropogenic activities. Reviewing the recent studies on impact of climate change on water cycle its approach and limitation are introduced and discussed. The preliminary research results of impact of climate change on water cycle in some regions and basins of China are presented.
