There exists many unclosed watersheds in the Karst regions in which the problem of flood forecasting is quite particular.The Hebei Model has been developed to solve the flood forecasting problem in the Karst region s of Hebei province.A good result has been achieved both in calibration and verification by using the model in the regions.
