According to the precise measurement of the urban water resources and a great deal of the typical survey data in the town area of Jiamusi,this paper discusses the determination method of the consumption standard of the water consumption and requirement system in the urban industry,agriculture and resident life,and proposes some parameters for the system.These results provide a scientific basis for the analysis of the water resources management.
