Using the technology of GIS,Nanjing City's a integration system,including this city's river system,flood control projects,traffic network,flow and rainfall regime and their forecast system,has been developed.Six sub-system make up the integration system with large-scale,wide content and strong adaptability.It can fast,accurately and conveniently provide information support for flood regime analyses,making flood prevention plans and doing assessment of water disaster situation and water project management.
