Abstract:Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis,a gray system optimum theoretical model for choosing hydrological reference basin is presented in this paper.Calculation and practice show that this model is scientific and useful,and is a new and successful exploration in the optimum selection of hydrological reference basin.
