Technical standard of hydrometry is the foundation,rule and guidance of hydrometric work,and is quality assurance of hydrological data observing as well.The adaptability of technical standard influences directly on the quality,the efficiency and the costs of hydrometry.In this paper,we studied the adaptability of present technical standards for hydrometry in China,discussed some key issues,and finally proposed some suggestions for revision.
