    扶余油田开发建设过程中对地下水水质产生了污染,通过现状评价与分析对污染距离和程度进行了预测。采用数值模拟方法分别预测了油田正常生产状态下和事故状态下对地下水环境的影响。结果表明,在油田正常生产状态下,即当石油类污染物浓度≤0.05mg/1、地下水达到Ⅲ类标准时,钻井废水中石油类污染物在第四系潜水中从污染源向外运移时间为5.7a,运移距离为724.5m;在第四系承压水中从污染源向外运移时间为9.7a,运移距离为1413.5m。油田事故状态下通过数值模拟分别预测了1年、3年、5年、10年中污染物对地下水的影响,即第四系潜水中污染物分别运移160.2m、439.5m、711.8m和1381.4m;第四系承压水中污染物分别运移208.6m、544.3m、869.6m和1656.7m。并针对污染状况提出了污染控制措施。

    Abstract:

    The groundwater has been polluted during developing the Fuyu Oil Field. This paper predicted the pollution distance and degree by evaluating and analyzing the status in quo. The influence of the oil field on groundwater environment under normal and accidental production condition was respectively forecasted with numerical simulation. The results show that the transport time of oil infectant in waste water is 5.7 year in quaternary phreatic water and the concerned transport distance is 724.5m when the concentration of oil pollutant is less than or equal to 0.05mg/1 and groundwater quality meets the criterion of grade III. In quaternary confined water, however, the transport time is 9.7 year and distance is 1413.5m. Otherwise, prediction was also made for the effect of pollutant on groundwater after 1, 3, 5 and 10 years under oil accidental condition. The results show that the transport distance of pollutant in quaternary phreatic water is 160.2m, 439.5m, 711.8m and 1381.4m respectively, and the concerned distance is 208.6m, 544.3m, 869.6m and 1656.7m. Finally, the contamination control measures were presented according to the pollution status.
