    径流资料匮乏的中小河流纳污能力计算问题,可通过常规的技术处理方法得到解决,但较为烦琐。针对区域中小河流特性和水文学原理,构建设计流量计算模型,并与改进的水质模型耦合,获得简易的径流一纳污能力计算耦合模型。经分析验证,该耦合模型的计算误差不大于设计流量计算的导入误差,可用于匮乏径流资料区域的中小河流纳污能力计算。

    Abstract:

    Pollution receiving capacity calculation for local medium- and small-sized streams short of runoff data can be made with conventional methods. However, it is rather loaded down with trivial details. Based on characteristics of local medium- and small-sized streams and hydrology principle, calculation model of design discharge was set up, which was coupled with the improved water quality model, thereby a simple coupling model of pollution receiving capacity was obtained. By analyzing and verifying, calculation error of the coupling model is not more than calculation error of design discharge. The model could be used in the calculation of pollution receiving capacity for local medium- and small-sized streams short of runoff data.
