On the basis of analyzing the forming mechanism of the salinization land in the Northwest China,the environmental prob- lems induced in the course of salinization land exploitation were researched emphatically.These environmental problems are as fol- lows:re-salinized land,low effective use efficiency of water and fertilizer in the upriver irrigation area,water and soil pollution,wa- ter resources shortage,environment depravation in the catchments area.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were given.
