Although stage-discharge relation with single factor,can be fitted well,there is no good method to fit the relation effected by multi- factors.Weighted multi-proposal model was developed based on stage-discharge relation effected by multi-factors.This paper analyzed the model with systemic and statistical theories,and discussed the validity by fitting stage-discharge relation with the observed data from the Langli Hydrometric Station.
