Based on the analysis of studies the optimal combination for purpose of solving the problems in sand carrying capacity and the rule of hydraulic channel shape, this paper regulating flow, sediment concentration and sediment composition for the the sedimentation reduction in channel and the relative channel stability, and presents the direction of water and sediment regulation in order to achieve the aim for the combination of reasonable water resources utilization, sedimentation reduce in channel and rectification.
