Evaporation is an important factor of the hydrologic cycle.Its accurate estimation is necessary for many hydrology studies.An equation for predicting K P was developed using the indicator regression approach with both categorical(wind speed and relative humidity)and quantitative(fetch length)data.The verification shows that the predicted K P values by developed equation are better than the existing equations.
