The irrigation water forecast models of drought crop is presented in the paper based on water balance equation in soil moist layer.The parameters are calibrated using historical irrigation water supply and rainfall data,then the water demand of drought crop is calculated to forecast practical irrigation water amount according to predicted rainfall in the irrigation area.The presented method can be used for the irrigation area,where crop constitution is not clearly,especially for the irrigation region including several irrigation districts.
