      为了推进长白山区经济发展和水资源合理开发利用,本文选取了14个指标建立了长白山区水资源承载力综合评价指标体系,采用熵权法的TOPSIS模型对长白山区2015-2019年的水资源承载力进行综合评价,并用障碍度法分析其影响因素。结果表明:长白山区水资源承载力综合评价指数处于0.284-0.73,具有显著的地区差异性,从西至东方向,水资源承载力呈现减小趋势,临江县与长白县的水资源可承载力较高,安图与和龙市承载能力低,其中和龙市处于弱可承载状态;在2015-2019年,水资源量、人口、生活用水量、生态用水量障碍度较高,在不同县区存在差异性,人口是影响总体水资源承载力的首要障碍因子,通过优化人均水资源利用量,调整用水结构有关,能够提升和保持该地区的水资源承载能力。

      In order to promote the economic development and rational development and utilization of water resources in the Changbai Mountains, this paper selected 14 indicators to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for the water resources carrying capacity of the Changbai Mountains. The TOPSIS model with the entropy method is used to measure the water resources carrying capacity of the Changbai Mountains from 2015 to 2019. Comprehensive evaluation should be carried out, and the influencing factors should be analyzed by obstacle method. The result shows that: the comprehensive evaluation index of water resources carrying capacity in Changbai Mountain is 0.284-0.73, which has significant regional differences. From west to east, the water resources carrying capacity shows a decreasing trend. The water resources of Linjiang County and Changbai County The carrying capacity of resources is relatively high, and the carrying capacity of Antu and Helong cities is low. Among them, Helong City is in a weak carrying capacity; in 2015-2019, the obstacles of water resources, population, domestic water consumption, and ecological water consumption are relatively high There are differences in different counties and districts. Population is the primary obstacle factor affecting the overall water resources carrying capacity. By optimizing the per capita water use and adjusting the water structure, it is possible to improve and maintain the water resources carrying capacity of the region.
