      在水文测量中,水尺零点高程测量一般采用四等水准测量,但通常受到现场地形起伏的限制,实施难度大,效率低。本文以基层水文站工作需求为出发点,根据三角高程测量基本原理,提出了一种采用免棱镜全站仪中间设站法进行水尺零点三角高程测量的新方法,分析了观测精度的主要影响因素,依据误差传播定律进行了精度评定,并以滁州水文站等三个站五组水尺为例进行了工程实践,结果表明:本方法精度指标优于四等水准测量,满足规范要求。

      In hydrologic survey, the fourth grade leveling was generally used in the zero point elevation survey of water gauge, but it was usually restricted by the topographic relief on site, which was difficult to implement and has low efficiency. Based on the working requirements of basic hydrological stations and the principle of trigonometric leveling, a new method of trigonometric leveling by setting station in the middle of water gauges for zero point measuring, and the main influencing factors were analyzed. According to the error propagation law, the accuracy was evaluated. At last, a engineering practice was carried out by taking five groups of water gauges of three stations including Chuzhou hydrological station as an example. The results showed that the accuracy indexes were better than the fourth grade leveling and meet the specification requirements, which provided a new technical method for the water gauge zero point elevation measurement.
