      针对HEC-HMS模型参数区域化在河南省小流域适用性问题,本文将HEC-HMS模型应用于河南省内栾川、告成、下河村三个小流域,建立模型参数与下垫面特征值之间的回归关系,并以中汤流域为例对区域化结果进行验证。HEC-HMS模型在栾川、告成、下河村、中汤流域洪水模拟平均合格率分别为78.45%、81.46%、78.45%、92%均达到了乙级水平,表明HEC-HMS模型能够较好的用于河南省小流域的洪水模拟,区域化方法可有效推求河南省无资料小流域HEC-HMS模型的模型参数。

      Aiming at the problem of the applicability of HEC-HMS model parameters regionalization in small watershed in Henan Province , in this paper, the HEC-HMS model is applied to Luanchuan, Gaocheng, xiahecun three small watersheds, and the regression relationship between the model parameters and the underlying surface characteristic is established, and Zhongtang watershed is taken as an example to verify the regionalization results. The average qualified rates of HEC-HMS model in Luanchuan, Gaocheng, xiahecun and Zhongtang basins are 78.45%, 81.46%, 78.45% and 92%, respectively, which reach the level B of flood forecast. It shows that HEC-HMS model can be used for flood simulation of small watersheds in Henan Province, and the regionalization method can effectively calculate the model parameters of HEC-HMS model for small watershed without Hydrologic data in Henan Province.
