      近年来极端来水频发,特枯水年下水电站的人造洪峰生态调度实施难度较大。本文结合电站实际运行要求过对金沙江下游乌东德和白鹤滩电站的人造洪峰生态调度时机进行分析,并设计相应的人造洪峰过程。在此基础上,分析枯水年和特枯典型年人造洪峰生态调度中水量的的可行性,通过单库调度和梯级联合调度的水量保证率对比,论证梯级联合生态调度的优越性,为梯级电站实际调度运行提供指导。

      With the frequent occurrence of extreme weather in recent years, it is difficult to carry out the ecological dispatching of artificial flood by hydropower station operation in extreme dry year. Based on the actual operation requirements of the hydropower station, this paper analyzes the time of ecological dispatching of artificial flood peak of Wudongde and Baihetan Hydropower Stations in the lower reaches of Jinsha River, and designs the corresponding artificial flood peak process. On this basis, the feasibility of ecological dispatching of artificial flood peak in dry year and extremely typical dry year has been analyzed. Through the comparison of water quantity satisfying rate in single reservoir scheduling and cascade joint optimization scheduling, to demonstrate the superiority of cascade joint ecological operation, which can guide the dispatching of cascade power stations in actual operation.
