The stable isotopes of soil water and reed in Zhalong Wetland were used to identify the soil water transporting amount in unsaturated zone. A two-lay model was set up to identify the relationship between the soil water vertical transporting, rainfall and vertical variations of soil water contents. The results show an important significance for determining the vertical recharge of wetland.
